Phillanthus Barbadoes 1825, is the largest genus in the flowering plant family Phyllanthaceae. It is distributed in all tropical and subtropical regions on Earth. Found in the Lesser Antilles in Barbados, endemic status. The scientific name is Phyllanthus andersonii in the family Phyllanthaceae in the major group Angiosperms (Flowering plants).
